THANKSGIVING DINNER WITH G&T PAIRING
This year The Lady Ottoline has teamed up with Franklin & Sons to host our first ever Thanksgiving supper. A three-course menu will be paired with some of the best British gins and Franklin & Son’s flavoured tonics to complement a celebration of autumn produce.
Winter squash soup, pumpkin seeds and sage
Beer braised brisket ‘hush puppies’, celeriac & horseradish
Norfolk turkey wellington, chestnuts, kale and gravy paired with
Roast squash cassoulet, goats curd & olive and rosemary focaccia
Propper pecan pie with cinnamon ice-cream
Mississippi mud pie, milkshake and vanilla ice-cream
